Grow Connections Speech Pathology is directed by Emily Seeley

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland and has a decade of experience. She has worked closely with children, adults, and their families, in a variety of settings including: QLD Disability Services, Victorian Special Developmental Schools, Sydney Children’s Hospital, and in private homes.

Emily has experience supporting children and adults who have a range of all abilities. She can offer specialist support in the areas of communication, language & literacy development, speech and mealtimes. Emily works with children and adults with disabilities who are accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She is able to develop rapport quickly with her clients and makes therapy functional, empowering and fun.

Emily has a young daughter and understands the joy and challenges of raising a family. As a parent, you know your child best and Emily will always work in equal partnership to support you to achieve your goals.

Emily has specialist skills and a special interest in assessment & intervention of:

  • Developmental delays and disability, incl. Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)

  • Autism (DIR Floortime Certified Practitioner)

  • Late Talkers & Language Delays (Hanen It Takes Two to Talk)

  • Speech Sound Disorders
